Accommodation

 

The apartment is on the second floor of a modern, small development of ten apartments, with lift, garage and good sized pool to enjoy. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, a large shower room/WC and an open plan living room with a dining area and kitchen.

The apartment is able to accommodate 4 comfortably (and 6 at a push) using the two bedrooms (a double bedroom with a king size bed and a room with two single beds leading out to a small balcony). There is also a bed settee in the living room. The dining table also opens out to seat eight.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge freezer, oven, hob, together with all the usual cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for six people etc. There is also a kettle, toaster and microwave.

In the living area there is a large “L” shaped sofa and also a TV, DVD, portable radio/CD. French doors open out onto a large balcony with beautiful views over Lake Como. There is a small table and chairs on the balcony so that you can make the most of the panoramic scenery, while having breakfast, lunch or dinner.

All linen & bath towels are provided. (Please bring beach towels for use in the pool/lake.)

There is a large, shared pool (unheated) and a good sized sun bathing area (with showers). The pool is available to use from the beginning of June to the end of September each year. Sun loungers and beach chairs are stored in the apartment and can be taken to the poolside or to the pebbled beach which is about 200 yards from the apartment. There are a few beach toys that can be used (bats and balls etc.)
